Floragraph is a seed-stage startup developing the first at-home microbiome monitoring device, going from “poop to profile” in 3 hours, at low cost, in the comfort of your home. The development of a healthy microbiome over the first year of life is critical to long term health and perturbations to this process, including C-sections, antibiotic use, and lack of breastfeeding, can lead to numerous long-term health conditions, such as asthma, autoimmune disease, and obesity. Floragraph’s solution provides parents a quantitative measure of their baby’s developing microbiome, enabling healthy choices that last a lifetime.
